Telangana SSC Hindi paper on WhatsApp minutes after start
Confidence C — based on the press record (archived below). No primary documents on file yet; treat names of agencies, dates and figures as reported, not established.
During the Telangana SSC Hindi exam on 4 April 2023, the paper circulated on WhatsApp groups within 30 minutes of the start — the second such episode on consecutive days. Police traced it to a centre in Kamalapur, Hanumakonda: a minor photographed the paper through a first-floor window after climbing a tree, and two others forwarded it. Three people were arrested under Section 5 of the Telangana Public Examinations Act. The exam was not cancelled.
